After shows yesterday, met up with Tony, his Padawan Kevin, and Tony's understudy Dan at Don't Tell Mama's. It was an okay time, though the crowd for the piano bar were loud and annoying, to the point that one of the singing bartenders refused to continue with "Being Alive". Weekend Trains from Queens got me all confused, and I realized I was going in the wrong direction and would be late to the 2pm show, so I turned around and came right back home.
Going back to sleep till tonight. Braving the Cold is tiring.

Although on an up note, I found a lounge cover of "Wonderwall" that I've been looking for since 1996.

There's a dog upstairs that barks a lot at the new place. I hadn't noticed it that much (my fan gives great white noise), but actress_in_nyc mentioned it this morning, and we started jokingly planning the dog's demise. Now I have "Today 4 U" from Rent stuck in my head.

So Friday I met with Tony after work- I'd given him a couple choices of things to do- see Jess in French Kisses at WorkShop, or see starkeee in Kool Obz at Wings. He wasn't initially sure if he wanted to go out or not, but as soon as I got there, he wanted to do both.

Was on the train for an hour and a half. Signal problems on the A train. Transferred to a 2 at Chambers when they finally made an announcement that there was something wrong.
